THE ASSOCIATION
The Association is a non-profit civil entity for the common good. It functions as a Registered Association with Limited Capacity (Art. 118 to 123 of the Civil Code) and bears the name: "Melodía Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture."
Its legal domicile is in the city of Asunción , with the capability to have establishments, affiliates and representations in different localities, within the Republic and abroad. It has legal status and its objective is to raise funds for the operation of the Centro Cultural Melodía Villa Hayes.
